Refund Policy

Any purchases of virtual goods or virtual currency in games from Kookie Games are final.

The only exception, which makes a customer eligible for a refund is
if he does not receive the virtual goods or currency he paid for.
If you experience this issue and did not receive anything after you have made the payment,
please contact us under support@kookiegames.com.
We will see to it at once and make sure you get your refund within 48 business hours.
